Here's the recipe if you'd like to try and make some at home:
ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
4 eggs separated
½ cup caster sugar
300ml cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
essence
Method:
1.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
2.
Add half the sugar and beat until glossy.
3.
In another bowl, beat egg yolks with
the remaining sugar until thick.
4.
Add vanilla and fold into egg whites.
5.
Whip cream until it begins to thicken
and fold into egg mixture.
6.
Add flavours of your choice e.g. chocolate chips
7.
Pour into a shallow container and
freeze (at least 2 hours).
The result ... DELICIOUS!
