What a busy day! Here are some photos of our class hard at work...
We drew little self portraits for our 'Introducing Room 3' bunting.
We had our first phonics lesson. Today's sound was 's'. In this photo we are practising writing the letter 's' on our whiteboards.
Today we made our own books for reading called 'Rainbow Hair'. After we had completed the illustrations, Mrs Wallace listened to each of us read our books.
These are our 'Room 3 Super Heroes' sticker charts. We are learning to do 'super school sitting' on the mat. Everyone earned stickers today for fabulous sitting on the mat. Great work!
Our wonderful big buddies joined us for lunch.
We had fun exploring the classroom and playing with our new friends.
