Herbalicious!

On Friday afternoon Mrs Wallace  and Room 3 channeled their 'green fingers'. With the help of Lorraine, Harrison's Grandma, and Elisabeth, Archie's Mum, we planted a variety of herbs and veges into pots. We began by discussing what we already know about plants - types of plants, parts of plants and what plants need to grow. Then we ripped open the bag of potting mix and set to digging, planting and watering. The result - a 'herbalicious' collection of fantastic plants, which we will care for over the coming weeks. Leading up to Christmas, we will investigate uses for our herbs. Please let us know if you have any expertise or ideas to contribute.
